The region essentially has two population and regional hubs, Dallas and Houston, with each city housing over 6 million people and each having grown its population over 25% since 2000. Robert Munson

Senior Vice President

Robert Munson serves as Senior Vice President in Asset Management with responsibility for portfolio operations and performance in GLP's Southern California and Phoenix markets.

Previously, Mr. Munson oversaw the operations of industrial product in Southern California for Walton Street Capital. 

Mr. Munson earned his B.S. in Journalism from California State University, Northridge.

Ryan Keathley

Senior Vice President

Ryan Keathley serves as Senior Vice President of Asset Management with responsibility for portfolio operations and performance in GLP's Texas markets. 

Previously, Mr. Keathley was Co-Founder and Principal at AIM Real Estate Group, working in commerical real estate brokerage and serving as the lead land and commercial real estate broker for the redevelopment of the Robert Mueller Municipal Airport in Austin, Texas. 

Mr. Keathley earned his B.B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
