We have acquired a nationwide footprint of logistics facilities encompassing over 170 million square feet located in 32 key markets.
Domestic consumption is a key driver of demand for GLP. Our properties are primarily in highly desirable in-fill locations benefiting from proximity to key logistics networks and population concentrations.
GLP US was formed in 2015 through acquisition of former IndCor Properties and is headquartered in Chicago, Illinois.

Our History

IndCor Properties is formed as a portfolio company of the Blackstone Group. Initial acquisitions result in a portfolio of 45 million square feet. 

2011

2011

The senior management team is recruited and the asset management platform takes shape as talented and experienced industry leaders join IndCor.

2012

2012

IndCor continues to grow through two major acquisitions and increases its presence in the U.S. to 83 million square feet.

2013

2013

 IndCor completes an additional seven acquisitions to become the third largest holder of industrial real estate in the U.S. with 107 million square feet.

2014

IndCor executes two acquisitions totaling 11 million square feet and disposes of several properties that do not fit the portfolio’s strategy.

GLP purchased IndCor and formed GLP's U.S. platform with a continued focus on being a leading provider of high quality logistics facilities. IndCor’s executive team and operating platform carry over with the purchase.

Our experienced asset management team makes material decisions regarding the properties in each region and oversees local third-party leasing and property management companies that we retain under flexible contracts.
Our build-to-suit development is a service that includes customized site selection, construction and management of dedicated distribution facilities according to an individual customer's requirements. As experts in the development of distribution facilities, we establish a close partnership with our customer to deliver the right facility in the right place at the right time.
